Where to Find Your Credentials
To access your trading credentials:
Log in to your FundingRock Dashboard.
Navigate to Challenge Accounts.
Select the relevant Evaluation Account or Simulated Funded Account.
Open the Credentials tab.
Your credentials will be displayed there.
What You’ll Find
The Credentials tab includes:
Trading platform (TradeLocker or cTrader)
Login ID
Password
Server name
Use this information to log in to your trading platform.
When Will My Credentials Be Available?
Your credentials become available after your trading account has been successfully created.
If you’ve recently purchased an Evaluation Program or qualified for a Simulated Funded Account, allow a short time for your account to be provisioned.
Can’t Find Your Credentials?
If your credentials aren’t visible:
Refresh your FundingRock Dashboard.
Confirm you’re viewing the correct account.
Allow a few minutes if your account was recently created.
If the issue persists, contact the FundingRock Support Team.

Each trading account has its own unique credentials.
Always use the credentials associated with the specific account you’re accessing.
