Short Answer
Yes. If there is no trading activity on your account for 30 consecutive days, your account may be automatically closed.
How Does the Inactivity Policy Work?
An account is considered inactive if no trades are placed for 30 consecutive days.
The inactivity period begins from the date your last trade is closed.
Simply logging into your FundingRock Dashboard or trading platform does not reset the inactivity period.
Which Accounts Does This Apply To?
The inactivity policy applies to:
Evaluation Accounts
Simulated Funded Accounts
What Happens If My Account Is Closed?
If your account is closed due to inactivity:
Your account cannot be reopened.
Any progress made on the account cannot be restored.
You would need to purchase a new Evaluation Program if you wish to start again.
How Can I Avoid Inactivity?
To keep your account active:
Place at least one trade within every 30-day period.
Monitor your account regularly through your FundingRock Dashboard.
Important
The inactivity period is measured from your last closed trade.
Logging into your Dashboard or trading platform does not count as trading activity.
If you believe your account was closed in error, please contact the FundingRock Support Team.
