Short Answer
If you can’t log in to your trading platform, first verify that you’re using the correct login credentials, password, and server. Most login issues can be resolved by checking these details before contacting Support.
Common Login Issues
Incorrect Login Credentials
Ensure you’re using the login ID provided for your trading account.
You can find your credentials in your FundingRock Dashboard under your account’s Credentials section.
Incorrect Password
Passwords are case-sensitive.
If you’ve recently changed your password, make sure you’re using the latest version.
Incorrect Server
Verify that you’ve selected the correct trading server.
Using the wrong server will prevent you from logging in, even if your login ID and password are correct.
Account Not Yet Activated
If you’ve recently purchased an Evaluation Program or qualified for a Simulated Funded Account, allow sufficient time for your account to be created.
If your account has not been issued within the expected timeframe, contact Support.
Internet Connection
Ensure your internet connection is stable before attempting to log in again.
Platform Maintenance
Occasionally, scheduled maintenance or temporary service interruptions may affect platform availability.
If this occurs, please wait a few minutes and try again.
