I haven’t received my trading account credentials

Learn what to do if you haven’t received your trading account credentials after purchasing an Evaluation Program or qualifying for a Simulated Funded Account.

Short Answer

Trading account credentials are typically sent shortly after your account is created. If you haven’t received them, check your email folders, verify your registered email address, and allow a few minutes for delivery before contacting Support.


Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check Your Email Folders

Check your:

  • Inbox

  • Spam

  • Junk

  • Promotions

The email may have been filtered by your email provider.

2. Allow Time for Delivery

Trading account credentials are usually delivered within a few minutes after your account has been created.

If you recently completed your purchase or qualified for a Simulated Funded Account, please allow a short time for processing.

3. Check Your FundingRock Dashboard

Your trading credentials are also available in your FundingRock Dashboard.

To view them:

  1. Log in to your FundingRock Dashboard.

  2. Open Challenge Accounts.

  3. Select the relevant account.

  4. Open the Credentials tab.

4. Verify Your Registered Email Address

Ensure you’re checking the same email address that was used to create your FundingRock account.

5. Contact Support

If you still can’t locate your credentials after completing the steps above, please contact the FundingRock Support Team.

To help us investigate quickly, include:

  • Your registered email address.

  • Your order number (if available).

  • The Evaluation Program you purchased.

  • A brief description of the issue.


Important

  • Every trading account has its own unique credentials.

  • Credentials become available once your trading account has been successfully created.

  • Never share your trading credentials with anyone.
