Can I get a refund on my Evaluation fee?

Learn when your Evaluation Program fee is eligible for a refund and how to request one.

Short Answer

Yes. You can request a refund of your Evaluation Program fee if you haven’t placed any trades on the account and your request is submitted within 14 days of purchase. Note that crypto purchases under $10 cannot be refunded.


Refund Eligibility

Your Evaluation Program fee is eligible for a refund if:

  • No trades have been placed on the Evaluation account.

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

Once a trade has been placed, or the 14-day window has passed, the fee is no longer refundable.

Please note: Evaluation Programs purchased with cryptocurrency for an amount under $10 cannot be refunded, as crypto refunds below this amount cannot be processed.


How to Request a Refund

  1. Submit a Support Ticket directly from your FundingRock Dashboard, or

  2. Email the FundingRock Support Team.

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.


Program-Specific Fee Refunds

Some Evaluation Programs include a challenge fee refund paid at a Reward milestone on the Simulated Funded Account. That refund is a program feature and is separate from this policy, see your program guide for details.


Important

  • Refunds are only available if no trades have been placed.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Evaluation Programs purchased with cryptocurrency for under $10 are not refundable.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
