Daily Loss is the maximum your account can lose in a single trading day. It resets at 21:00 UTC.
Max Loss is the total your account can lose across the entire evaluation, measured either from your starting balance (Static) or your highest balance (Trailing).
Both rules are evaluated on equity including floating P&L on open trades. A large unrealized loss can breach the rule before you close the trade.
