Your Program fee is eligible for a refund if:
No trades have been placed on the account.
Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
Once a trade has been placed, or the 14-day window has passed, the fee is no longer refundable.
Please note: Programs purchased with cryptocurrency for an amount under $10 cannot be refunded, as crypto refunds below this amount cannot be processed.
