You can track the status of your Reward Request directly from the Payouts section of your FundingRock Dashboard.
Tracking Your Reward Request
After submitting a Reward Request, open the Payouts section in your FundingRock Dashboard.
Each Reward Request will display its current status, allowing you to monitor its progress throughout the review process.
Reward Request Statuses
Your Reward Request may display one of the following statuses:
Processing
Your Reward Request has been received and is currently under review.
Approved
Your Reward Request has been approved and is being completed.
Rejected
Your Reward Request could not be approved. If additional action is required, you’ll be contacted with further information where applicable.
Important
The Payouts section always displays the latest status of your Reward Request.
If your Reward Request remains in Processing beyond the expected processing time, please contact the Support Team.
Processing times are typically up to 48 hours, excluding weekends, public holidays, and any additional review time.
