Reward Processing
Once you submit a Reward Request, it enters the review and processing stage.
Most Reward Requests are processed within 48 hours. However, this timeframe does not include:
Weekends.
Public holidays.
Additional verification or compliance reviews, where applicable.
You can monitor the status of your Reward Request directly from your FundingRock Dashboard.
If Processing Takes Longer
Processing may take longer if:
Additional verification is required.
Your Reward method has not been fully activated.
Your account requires further review.
If more than 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) have passed since your Reward Request entered processing and you haven’t received an update, please contact the Support Team.
