Your server name is included in the credentials email sent after your purchase. You can also find it from your dashboard at any time:
Navigate to Challenge Accounts and select the relevant account.
Click the Credentials tab in the top-right corner.
Your server name, login ID, and password are all displayed here.
Tip: Keep your credentials email saved somewhere safe for quick access when reinstalling your platform or logging in on a new device.
