If you're having trouble connecting to your trading platform, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check Login Credentials: Ensure that you've entered your login credentials, password, and server name accurately when logging into your platform. You can find these details in the email you received after purchasing the Funded Account Challenge. Please note, these credentials are case-sensitive, so type carefully. If you can't find this email, try checking your spam or junk folders.

  2. Reset Credentials: If you're unable to find the login information or still can't connect, you can reset your credentials. Log in to your FundingRock platform, select your active challenge, and go to the "Credentials" tab. Click the "Reset Password" button in the pop-up window. A new set of credentials will be sent to your email within 10 minutes, and you can use them to log into your trading platform.

  3. Check Service Status: If you're using TradeLocker, you can also visit the TradeLocker service status page to check for any known technical issues that might be affecting your connection attempts.

  4. Market Opening Times: If you're having trouble opening a new trade, ensure that you're trading during market hours. Check for any market restrictions or opening times that may apply.
