After purchasing a Funded Account Challenge, your login credentials will be sent to the email address you provided.
If you don’t see the email within 10 minutes, please check all folders in your inbox, including Spam, Junk, or Promotions.
To reset your Challenge's trading password:
Log in to your FundingRock dashboard.
Navigate to the "Challenge Accounts" menu and expand the list of your funded account challenges.
Select the account for which you’d like to change the password.
Click on the "Credentials" tab located in the top-right corner of the Challenge Account page.
Click on the "Reset Password" button in the pop-up window.
Check your email inbox for the new password (it may take up to 10 minutes).
Use the new password to log in to your trading platform by clicking on the "Access My Account" button.
