If your KYC verification is rejected, we are unfortunately unable to issue your Funded Account until the issue is resolved. Common reasons for rejection include:
A blurry or partially obscured ID document.
An expired ID.
The liveness check not matching the submitted ID.
The submitted document not being a government-issued photo ID.
If your KYC is rejected, you will be notified through your dashboard or by email with guidance on what went wrong. You are welcome to resubmit with a valid document. Please note that a failed KYC does not affect your evaluation result. Your passed evaluation remains valid while you resolve the KYC issue.
