What happens if my KYC is rejected?

If your KYC verification is rejected, we are unfortunately unable to issue your Funded Account until the issue is resolved. Common reasons for rejection include:

  • A blurry or partially obscured ID document.

  • An expired ID.

  • The liveness check not matching the submitted ID.

  • The submitted document not being a government-issued photo ID.

If your KYC is rejected, you will be notified through your dashboard or by email with guidance on what went wrong. You are welcome to resubmit with a valid document. If you are having persistent issues with the KYC process, please contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected] and we will assist you.

Please note that a failed KYC does not affect your evaluation result. Your passed evaluation remains valid while you resolve the KYC issue.
