By default, holding open trades over the weekend is not permitted on FundingRock accounts.
To protect your account from volatile weekend market gaps, trading is officially disabled on Fridays at 20:00 UTC. At this exact time, any open positions left running will be automatically closed by our system. Normal trading hours will resume when the markets reopen on Sundays at 21:00 UTC.
Exceptions: Trade on weekends and Swing add-ons If your trading strategy requires holding positions over the weekend, we offer a solution! If you have purchased one of these add-ons during your initial checkout, this standard closure rule does not apply to you. Your account will be fully authorized to hold open trades right through the weekend.
