You are eligible for a full refund of your Challenge fee once you pass all evaluation phases.
Refunds are not available if you fail the Challenge at any stage.
Refunds would be added to your account balance once you have reached the funded stage.
What If I Purchased by Mistake?
If you haven’t traded on your Challenge account and it’s within 14 days of purchase, you can request a 100% refund by submitting a ticket. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.
